Person was nice, but clearly did not understand I had booked and paid for my visit in advance. Asked if I wanted my colour, and I said yes normal polish, just something light. My appointment lasted the length of 3 pop songs, I know this as they had music videos on, and I walked out with my nails trimmed short and no polish... my one nail was trimmed so short then when filing it they were effectively filing my skin, and it was a bit painful. Basically got a file and not much more. Waste.
