I really loved this salon but now it's overbooked a lot of the time and so for this appointment I was left waiting for 30 minutes. It was really overcrowded which was not relaxing at all. Luckily the lady who did my nails was fantastic but this is not always the case. I'm sad to say I will be booking elsewhere now.

They are generally friendly but I am not really happy about my manicure. I had a nice pedicure but when it came to my nails, she kept picking on my cuticles till they started bleeding and now they really hurt
