Ann was very friendly over my furst visit when I ahd booked a dirrct appointment with her but by getting an appointmnet through Trearwell , Ann eas unahopy and she showed that unhappiness during treatment .She became rude to me and didnotremove few hairs properly.On polite request over the throughly she becmae more rude and illogical.Secondly , on rescheduling of appointment she also had issue and she said that it could disturb my other customers .If she had troubel in rescheduling she could cancel it vefore but once the client is booked and is there for treatment she shouldnot behave this way.However , her work overall is good with good hygiene.
