First time doing eyelash extensions.. and overall had a really good experience! Ambience lost a star in rating due to it being situated inside westfield... Nevertheless, My eyelash technician was fab and very friendly! Did a good job, and I am very happy with the result!

My eyelashes look great my eyebrows are average. I’ve paid less for HD brows and they look much better. The place was clean my main issue was the staff. None of them were talkative and I was left for ages with my eyes closed whilst I waited for the LVL to work. When you have your eyes closed in an unfamiliar place and are not allowed to open them so that it doesn’t ruin the process you feel very vulnerable. Especially since I told her it was my first time I would have appreciated if they checked up on me at least once.

Staff were really efficient but could perhaps take a little more time to listen to customers’ needs. It’s in the middle of the shopping centre so convenient although quite public
