It was quite clean and professional. The nail therapist was very polite and friendly. All of the products were good. However, I would prefer if they had a sterilizer for the manicure tools than just simple alcohol.

Shellac manicure was dreadful. A few hours after having the manicure, the shellac has already peeled off my thumb. Very disappointed.
