I booked an appointment on here and took a taxi there at the correct time but when I arrived I was told that there was nobody available to do my treatment and they don't take notice of online bookings and I should phone in instead. I wasted my time and my money!

Really like the little store, thought it was cute, my lashes are a bit on the wispy side but they're alright. Bit weird as I went in as I said hi to everyone and one girl gave me a proper dirty look, don't work is customer service if you're gonna be like that
