My manicure looks okay, it does not look like a "salon" manicure, I could have easily got the same result doing it myself. It has already chipped after 1.5 days - and I waited around 30 minutes before leaving the place to let the nail polish dry with no creases, and kept my hands perfectly still. What I really did not like was one of the ladies in the staff. She was not nice, first she told me I had not booked in, then when she finally found my booking she made a weird remark "we tried to call you the whole morning to confirm the appointment but your phone did not ring" - where on earth do you need to make a confirmation call after you have not also booked but also paid in advance? Also, I did not like the fact that she told me that before I could leave she needed to check that it was true that I had already paid. I found this quite rude - she should have checked while I was having my manicure. She even made me wait while she served two other customers before telling me I could leave.
I'm afraid the treatment was not what I expected. I've had it before with much better results. There was glue left on my upper lids and the impact just wasn't effective at all. Staff were sweet but it felt like a waste of money unfortunately.
Girls were lovely, and nails look fabulous- just took a bit longer than I'd hoped. Usually I have the gel removed on my toes whilst my hands are being done but this wasn't done. Overall very good though.
Short staffed and didn't have my appointment in the system because treatwell failed to contact them about it so I had to wait around a hour or so, so I could get served and didn't even got what I initially paid for in the first place.
