Eyelash extension treatment - ultimately, not the look I asked for, didn’t stay long (gone in a week with a proper extension care, and Im not new to lashes!), one eye was rushed and sparse. Would not go again. I discussed with the technician which effect/look I wanted to achieve and they recommended the service option off their menu. I described in detail which length I prefer (not long, natural looking and only slightly longer than my actual lashes). However none of this discussion seemed to matter - I ended up with long lashes, not always evenly aligned along the curvature of my eyelid, with some of the eyelash ends poking my skin, the eyelashes were not evenly distributed (with sparser areas) and both eyes looked different. I know that one eye was done by one lady, and then another one by another and then at the end they switched again. The treatment took much longer than advertised and in the end they still had to rush it (as I was running late to my next appt) and didn’t finish the second eye properly - it looked noticeably sparser and not neat. Staff were polite and seemingly helpful not not really accommodating and didn’t give the impression they understood me or cared enough. Some language/culture barrier as well. Would not recommend unless you have no other option and don’t have any expectations as to the look or longevity.

Nails always painted perfectly and last for weeks, beauticians never rush either and take care when painting the nails.
