It’s a pop up in the middle of the mall, no privacy what so ever. Had to explain 3 times what I wanted because the girl was not getting it. When she said I was ready, I looked at the mirror and my brows were completely asymmetrical. Took a couple of attempts to make it right, but managed it in the end
Quite disappointed, the gel extension cost 65£, which is a lot, really expensive, considering the average price in central London.
I expected something more, something could reach perfection. The nails aren't that bad, but they don't deserve the price I paid for it. I believe a could reach the same result if not better in a different saloon with less money and less disappointment. To finish, It was the 24th, I was the first appointment, no one was there waiting to be next. I had 30 min left on my scheduled appointment but I believe she rushed some how and put the top coat inaccurately. That day I did not really realise. However, a few days later I went back to show them all of the lifted top coat and they did not do anything about it at first. Then one technician tries 'to fix' the mistake buffing on my cuticles, which are still red and painful. Worst experience ever!!!

The staff were friendly however my manicure is unfortunately below average. Firstly my nails were shaped square without asking my preference - I don’t like square nails at all so requested them to be made oval, this was done to my satisfaction but it did make my nails much much shorter, which I wasn’t happy about & wouldn’t have been the case if I was asked my shape preference beforehand. The treatment was very quick & efficient however the quality of it is poor as you can clearly see the brush marks going in all different directions & then smudged over on the top of the nail - this is much more noticeable as I did get a silver glittery colour & is harder to get it done neatly but I have had this colour elsewhere done much better.

I was very happy with the Gel nails refills done. The saloon is mid in the shopping mall, therefore I rated ambience with 3, as it is quite loud there, but the service was very well.
