I got the individual cluster lash extensions done on Monday which were supposed to last a week however after 24 hours they all fell out last night, I haven’t worn any makeup since getting them done so no way it was the remover demantling the glue!!! Wouldn’t recommend at all, very disappointed.
The staff was polite and smiley. I would like the manicure artist to wear gloves and to be less dusty. Overall it was ok

Felt a little rushed and normally when threading is finished I’m asked if that’s ok and provided with mirror to check.
