Very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and extremely slow (took more than 2hrs long) Bad quality shellac product as nails polish chipped after 4 days. Customers held waiting in the waiting area not being attended to on arrival. Never coming back.

Quick and overall well done nails. However, staff is not very friendly (might be for language issue) and could be cleaner.

After travelling all the way to my appointment I was told by the therapist that she is leaving in 30 mins and my nails would take 45 mins so she can’t do them at all and that was final (despite me telling her that I have travelled all the way for my prepaid prebooked appointment. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. Not to mention that this was actually a re-booked appointment as they took a booking of mine through Treatwell after their closing hours so another wasted journey.
