I’ll put 1 Star for the following reasons:
1) They calmed me the next day and told me that they time I booked the appointment through Treatwell was not available and I had to compromise with other time slots that they had available. The excuse they gave me was that Treatwell is not updating their calendar immediately and they end up overbooked. So what’s the point of using Treatpoint platform on first place?
2) When I booked my appointment there was no charge for removing my shellac (so I thought it was included in the price). However, they told me I had to pay extra 5£ to remove it. The excuse was that this option it’s « somewhere hidden in Treatwell » and that it’s not in the right category (I guess nails?). So again, what’s the point of using Treatwell if you can’t do it properly? Plus, this is a way of not paying the 5£ extra commission to Treatwell as my booking is registered in the platform for 5£ less from what I paid in the end.
3)When then time of paying came, their machine wasn’t working and they told me I had to go and withdraw cash.
4)Finally, after all this inconvenience, not only the stuff didn’t show the least compassion, they were irritated too from my « questions ».
Not going to book any other appointment with them again.

I have been going here for some time and the girls are lovely , however my girl cannot speak English and so a conversation was not forthcoming which is a shame as it makes for a nicer time . She was speaking with her colleague but it seems as though we were being ignored .
