The nail bar is open in the middle of Westfield so you are in the middle of all the hustle. Otherwise service was really good and quality was great.

Disappointed to not have had a conversation about my eyebrow shape, but the lashes look great

My shellac manicure was done by a lady on training and instead of 30min treatment it took 2 hours ! I wouldn’t be upset if it was mentioned prior my appointment, that it would take longer then usually however it was not mentioned at any stage. And still was charged full price of £30!
