Great service and the tint and thread was great but as others mentioned - the environment was really unprofessional. The girls constantly bad talking their colleagues and customers passing by! very awkward

Booked for 1:30pm but when I turned up I was told treatwell bookings didn’t sync with their system so they had no availability at that time, which was very frustrating. Was offered an appointment at 4pm so I hung around until then. When I turned up at 4pm I was told it was in fact 4:30pm and the assistant told me I was wrong at the new time was 4:30pm! Which was a complete lie so I had 2 failed appointments by this point! The eventual gel manicure was good and looked nice. They have a really good selection of colours. I did find the manicurist was slightly rude and was on her phone at times and we kept getting disturbed by shoppers enquiring about treatments as there bar is in the middle of the shopping centre. Not a great experience overall although the gel nails are nice.

The lash lift itself is fantastic. A really great open curl and I’m pleased with the results. However, the atmosphere was really off putting, there were a number of unhappy customers who were quite vocal about being double-booked, twice! And because you have to have your eyes closed it’s quite unnerving having arguments around you, especially when the therapist doesn’t walk you through the treatment. I’m sure some of this is just to be expected because of the corridor location in Westfield, but I think the staff could do more to put you at ease.
