I’m really happy with how my hair turned out but I was charged 50% extra for the length of my hair, the amount of regrowth as well as a toner. The toner is fair enough but I had queried the price for the rest a few days earlier at my patch test and this wasn’t mentioned, only optional extras such as Olaplex and Toner. Also, a few comments were made by a couple of members of staff during my time at the salon which made me feel like I was an inconvenience due to the length of my hair (waist length
