My salon appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes, but it only lasted 15 minutes, leaving me disappointed. The experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. The hairdresser was distracted by their phone and didn't inquire about my preferences. Despite requesting a haircut and rough blow dry, the service was uncomfortable, especially when the hairdresser pressed their fingers firmly on my scalp. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for a first-time customer.
