I had such an incredible experience at Icon from start to finish! D did an incredible job on my hair and new style, & each step I felt even better about it. salon is lovely & welcoming, plus there are massage chairs! will be back in the near future!

terrible! i asked for a little trim and layers to be added. when they washed my hair they didn't ask about the temperature. they cut over 2 inches off my hair and told me they had barely cut it. i asked for layers and they added one at chin level!
