I had my hair done last year August , but I didn't wanted to leave a bad review, but looking back I think I should address this!
I booked well in advance to do my hair ( curls
)
It was my birthday and a hen party same day.
My time was limited - why would something go wrong ?
On arrival the receptionist looked at my hair and said they are very soft , but there was no concerns ..
the lady used thongs to do my hair and she didn't use any product , I asked her will they hold all day , and I asked if she can put a product in hair , she said she will.., but she was carrying on without , as soon as she made a curl te curl just dropped ( I'm not a hairdresser , but I know she should have used a product to hold a curl especially when we both see it doesn't hold )
Anyway she carry on even though I new from the first 5 min that it's gonna be a disaster...
After 45 min the hair looked worse than if I would wake up in the morning , she seen my disappointment , she put a product on the roots and she said it not gonna work , because my hair is too soft ..
I had no time , I was disappointed , it was
My birthday I had no mood for argument..
I said I'm just gonna go home and wash my hair and straighten them , she absolutely didn't care .. she also charged me for that- what a disappointment.
If you don't know how to style the hair please don't start , if you think it's not gonna work - don't start the treatment .
I'm never going there and I also told my friends about my experience and showed the
Pictures so they don't go there . What a disappointment!!
