I had a lovely visit at Icon however the hair cut I received was so bad I can't wear my hair down, my hair has so many different lengths at the bottom, I didn't realise it until my hair was straightened at home how bad it was. I have never had a bad hair cut and I can say it's very very upsetting, i have cried over it and I deffinatley won't be back due to the cut. everyone else in the salon had lovely cuts I could see them however mine was clearly not an experienced member of staff when it comes to a cut.
I took may 2 years old daughter to make her a nice haircut. The lady who made the haircut was very nice and patient and she did a brilliant haircut for my daughter. I absolutely recommend her and will come back for sure.
I had a very chatty young hairdresser who made my experience all the better, but it took a long time and it wasn’t the best haircut I had. Overall satisfied
Super quick and nice, they cut as much as I wanted and were extremely kind. Highly recommend
