The team are so lovely - really chatty and friendly. My nail chipped from not being 100% dry on my way home and they sorted it straight away when I went back 🙂

This was my first BIAB manicure. My first impression is that my nails feel like they're made of steel rather than paper, which is how they have been for months!
The technician was really friendly and chatty, answering all my questions.
Assuming the manicure lasts a decent amount I will definitely be going back.

Me and my daughter went for a manicure and pedicure prior to our summer holidays. Rose pampered me and my daughter with a pedicure. She’s friendly and caring. Vo did an excellent manicure, very friendly. Will definitely go again, loved that I could book an appointment
