They would not accept the voucher! I had to therefore pay once my treatment was complete . It was a birthday gift from my daughter so we ended up paying twice .
Obviously will not use this facility again very disappointed .

I would give 6* for treatments but 5 is the highest! The pedicure is incredible, always exceeds expectations and a proper treat for my feet.
