Booked with Rose but had a new person. With removal really filed the top of my nails and skin and left feeling sore. nails filed with different lengths and corrected only when pointed out. nail polish on skin. v unhappy as normally great with Rose

Rose was very welcoming. Asked me to choose a colour. Then asked me I would like a drink. Had a love chat with rose & staff. I love how clean it is . Definitely will be going again.
