First time for any treatment so was slightly nervous but was made to feel completely at ease. All options were clearly explained, along with the affects, what was suitable and what wasn't, so I able to make a clear informed choice. There was no pressure selling or upselling, Marina came across as confident, skilled and experienced, I felt like I was with an expert in their field. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends.
