Eyelash are good but like other reviews have mentioned, Sonia is really unreliable. To the point where I feel like it’s someone running a business who doesn’t care or the need the money.
Always late, cancels/ rearranges appointments and then bad at communication when trying to rearrange.
Last straw for me was when I had an issue with my eyelashes from this appointment
and I text her for her to completely ignore my messages. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

I have itty-bitty downwards pointing lashes, typical of many East-Asians. Sonia performed some magic on mine so they lifted to the sky and with the tint they're noticeably darker. Sonia also helped me with after-care tips. Would definitely come back.

Good treatment but very unreliable. First treatment I got a text to come an hour later which I said was fine. When I arrived I still had to wait 20 mins, I could see that the stylists friend had come for a treatment which was still ongoing. I had booked to get eyelash extensions later on in the week for a wedding. My appointment was in the evening and I got a text two hours before to cancel. It would have been good to know this at the start of the day as I could have booked elsewhere.
