Appointment late starting

Eyelashes are good but like the other review has mentioned, Sonia is really unreliable. To the point where I feel like it’s someone running a business who doesn’t care or need the money.
Always late, cancels/ rearranges appointments and then bad at communication when trying to rearrange.
Last straw for me was when I had an issue with my eyelashes (not her fault) but she totally ignored my message asking if she could see me as thought I needed them off.
Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately

Only been for hybrid lashes once but they held up for 3 weeks whilst in holiday in the sunshine- I’m so very happy. I’ve booked to go back again.
