The facial was decent and the beauty therapist was gentle and experienced. However the overall experience was not good. My appointment was rescheduled by half an hour(which I agreed to), an hour before my appointment and I still had to wait 20mins to be seen with no apology for the delay. My chair kept being hit whenever someone walked past as I was seated in the middle of the shop (I’ve always had it in a private room)Not a relaxing experience at all!

Most expensive lashes I’ve ever gotten, cost $128 for a refill.
Wonky from the start, and they're all falling off within the first week of getting them, even tho I waited 48hrs before washing my face. They look terrible.
Plus took twice as long as normal as the girl was on her phone half the time.
The chair was also very uncomfortable.

The salon itself was very nicely decorated - clean looking & smelling too. I left the salon feeling super comfortable and extremely happy with my lashes, they're exactly how I wanted them & I feel I didn't voice that enough to the lash tech herself.
It was an easy experience and all the staff were very friendly & chatty - it never felt awkward or uncomfortable, which I've found a lot of salons can feel when you're a new face.
Overall very positive, definitely returning!
