Great relaxing massage, would definitely recommend.

Therapist running late and sent txt asking me to move appointment back 30 mins. Didn't pick it up as I was driving to the appointment so had to hang around for 45 minutes. Even then, was left sitting in house for a further 5 minutes. No real apology from therapist and no attempt to build rapport or make up for my inconvenience. Not impressed at all and just glad that treatment was on special offer of £15.

Massage was ok. To be more honest I was more put off by the fact that is was a private residence.
It was clean and a beauty room had been set up. I totally understand not advertising as being a residential appointment for that staff safety, but when the lady contacted me to change the date of my appointment she could have informed me of this. It made me feel uncomfortable .
