The massage itself was fine but was supposed to last 1hr 15 minutes, it lasted 55 minutes. I emailed Sonia regarding this and she responded immediately by saying I should allow time for dressing/undressing etc. Still find this unacceptable as changing would only take a couple of minutes - the treatment was 20 minutes short.
