This was the first time in years a hairdresser has sat with me, looked at my hair in a dry state, analysed, consulted and recommend what options in her expert opinion would be most suitable for me. She also listened and compromised my wishes to ensure I get the best of both (my length and healthy hair). Thank you very much!
