It is a real pity. The massage itself was really great but the general reception and other staff were very indifferent, slow and unwelcoming. My treatment started very late and no apology. My therapist did keep me longer to make up for it and this only worked as I had some extra time. Other days it wouldn’t have. Super disappointing especially in contrast to the very very good treatment itself. If they can sort out the behaviour of the other staff that would transform the experience.

I've been receiving it here continuously, but the gel nail polish I've received so far has been satisfactory. However, the gel nail polish I received this time was peeled off and cracked in two days. It depends on the staff who does it.
