Had a great deep tissue massage with Petra, however, booked & prepaid through the app for a 1hr massage at 2:15pm, once the massage was complete I was left to re-dress. I noticed it was only 3pm. Given the time to get undressed at the start/redress afterward means the massage was only around 40 minutes - super disappointing considering I had specifically selected 1hr. brought it up at the desk & they were apologetic & offered me a voucher of £20. Probably would of preferred cash but ok solution

Had a great experience here and the staff were lovely. But my 3 ot my gel nails have chipped and it's only been a week. Every other gel mani I've had has lasted at least 3-4 weeks. Really disappointed. But at least my pedi is holding up.
