The massage is always absolutely brilliant, really feel like they know what they’re doing and adapt to you, rather than just going through the motions as they do at some spas. The only thing which I’d improve is the wrap around experience. Both times I’ve been the initial service at reception felt awkward, one time the lights in the room didn’t work properly and the second time the music kept cutting out. Small improvements to make the experience slicker would bring this place up several levels
