Paula ensured she knew beforehand exactly how I wanted my lashes - told me about aftercare and made sure I was really happy - so professional and friendly throughout - also ensured I was comfortable throughout. Been almost a week now and lashes still look wonderful. Had so many compliments. Highly recommend.
