I paid and booked an acrylic soak off - but the nails were not carefully soaked off. My nails were shaved and the nails were whittled off. It felt a bit too aggressive and my nails were sore and felt weak after. They are still recovering now and it has almost been a week. There was another option to pay £7 for acrylic removal and not soak off, which I think is the procedure I had and paid more for it.
