As it was my first time getting a Hollywood wax, or any kind of ladies waxing, I was quite nervous and apprehensive to go. But when I arrived the staff on reception was extremely nice and friendly and when the lady who was giving me my wax came to get me put me at ease straight away. She told what was going to happen and what she thought was the best waxing option for me and reassured me in telling me we’d would start and see how the pain was for me then carry on depending whether I could handle the pain or not. She made me feel extremely comfortable and it wasn’t awkward at all. As for the pain of the waxing itself it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected it to be, obviously the more sensitive areas there was hightend pain but other then that the pain was bearable. I will definitely be going again and I love the results.

I found the whole experience faultless. Carrie was attentive and informative and the massage was the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going back.
