I am sorry but I didn't have a good experience. Melinda explained me she would cut first,then show me how it would look before drying which seemed fine to me.
After checking I explained she could cut shorter layers at the top and all of a sudden her attitude changed, she became nervous and started cutting in a stressed out way(faster and pulling my hair). At home I realised layers are completely UNEVEN! Clearly she took it personally and messed-up after I simply asked to get shorter layers.
