Miranda was lovely. She really listened to what I wanted; unfortunately the end result wasn't exactly what I had envisioned but I feel that may have been because I hadn't communicated well. My hair is more ombre than balayage so will go back to add some depth. When it came to aftercare and product recommendation, she was honest and helpful and not like those stylists who are trying to foist super expensive treatments on you unnecessarily. I would definitely back.
