I’m happy with my result, it is a bit lighter than we discussed but looks good. Unfortunately getting there involved a really unnecessary amount of pain, the stylist was very rough with my poor hair, pulling and ripping at it,to the point I had tears in my eyes, and that happened throughout every step- the coloring, washing, brushing out, drying… please be more gentle with peoples heads and hair!
