Worst experience ever. The stylist took 5, max 10, mins on the cut. Then the most rushed, aggressive and painful blow dry of my life. Then blamed it, and the bad cut, on my colour damage with no offer of even a bit of serum. I cried when I left.

My hair has never felt so horrible. was told it was bc of product build up in my hair but my hair has never felt like this ever yet alone after a salon service. The issue got worse after it was washed again, left having to wash my hair again at home
