From start to finish the customer service was incredible!
Welcomed with a smile, stunning salon really stylish but with a warm homely feel too.
I had ab Aveda tea which was the best loose leaf tea I’ve ever tried!
Now onto the haircut, Its exactly what I asked for layers face frame with bangs. I’m obsessed it’s sitting so well! I’ve now booked to have my Balayage done later this week!
I’m do happy I’ve found this gem of a place, such a great find and I only live 10 minutes away.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I can safely say it’s the worst blowdry I’ve ever had in my life, the ones I do at home are better, he could clearly see it was still frizzy and half done but clearly just got tired and gave up half way through. Didn’t even do the roots or the ends so now I’m on my way home to go over it myself after paying £44. Even the olaplex was bad my hair felt dryer afterwards. I actually wish I could post a picture of how he left me to leave the salon 😂 I don’t know how he wasn’t embarrassed. But yeah 🤷🏽♀️

I was really looking forward to getting a cut here as I have recently moved to the area. The place has a very nice atmosphere and generally the staff seem nice. However I felt that the cut was a bit rushed and not carefully considered to my requests. When I expressed some comments it was rectified but in a hurried way and the hairdresser couldn’t wait to see me out. Could be a bit friendlier and more attentive to clients’ needs.
