Rose was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The wax was good however I feel it wasn’t as thorough as I hoped. Unfortunately there was a strip that hadn’t dried so was very painful when removal was attempted, and there were a few hairs that were left unwaxed, so I had to use tweezers to get them when I went home. If only there was a little more attention to detail, it would’ve been a 10/10 experience.
