I was a little nervous when I arrived - the place was really small but crammed with people (which in retrospect I think is a good sign) and had a bit of a production line vibe. I had to wait a while for my appointment (like the rest of the experience, the waiting area is definitely a no frills situation) and the piercing wasnt done in private, but when I was seen, the lady dealing with me was incredibly professional and it was all done really quickly and well. Despite first impressions would definitely recommend and would go again myself. Note - they add a £1 charge for paying by card
