Very happy with the overall experience at the salon, It's a pity that you have to go into the basement for some treatments as specially if you have mobility issueshowever thats possibly out of your control?
However the ambience and the staff more than make up for any problems . I will reccomend to family and friends.

Very efficient service. I had myself gel nails removed and the therapist kindly cut, filed and shaped my nails too.
