Been having monthly neck & shoulders massages at Images for the last 2 years and they are the best I've ever had anywhere. I have marked the experience down in respect of ambience only because the beauty rooms are in the basement and, despite a lot of improvements in recent months, it remains an old building that can never feel really luxurious. However the standard of Rose's massage is so good that I wouldn't let this put me off for one minute.

The facial was very relaxing however it was disappointing that there was no consultation and the facial finished 12 minutes before the due time.
