Great experience overall and I love my pedicure! My feet look great and the polish colour is awesome! The only thing I would say is that when I booked, it wasn't initially clear that polish wasn't included in the cost. Also, I didn't realise that shellac was only £3 more which I would have definitely gone for if I'd have known before the appointment. Other than that, the service was great, staff friendly and very experienced and my feet look fabulous!
Pedicure
Exceptional customer service through booking process. Paraffin wax was not showing on app, after phoning the salon and bringing it to a staff members attention it was swiftly updated and I was informed promptly by telephone to inform me of such.
The treatment made my hands feel glorious intially as if I had never done a domestic task. I was informed it would last a while however after washing my hands a few times the treatment was washed off. However, wonderful service and I hope to try out a nail treatment in the future.
Paraffin Wax Treatments
The staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. Slightly more expensive than other places I have seen but as the location of the shop
is perfect for me I paid the extra.
Brazilian Waxing
The staff were very friendly and made the experience very nice for me. The tan has been very long lasting and high quality.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
The ladies were friendly, Nicole did a great job. And they were very quick and efficient, yet top quality finish.
