The root tint was not done properly I'm afraid: I noticed the neck area in the salon and all they said was they could tweeze out those hairs and that they would do it properly next time. Infact when I checked later on in the evening alot of the left side on my head has been missed out also-surely when they dried it they would have noticed it also! I will be calling tomorrow (no answer machine after salon closed) for them to see what a poor job they have done and will have to revisit tomorrow probably for them to see for themselves. Also the loyalty card business (for every eyebrow wax) is really embarrassing & uncomfortable discussions are held with Rukshana the owner when it comes to payment especially when you are a Treatwell customer-no idea as to why as in house prices are exactly the same for the treatments that I book.
as always they have done a great job. i yet again had to point out that a blow dry was included in the option i paid for and this was done in front of customers. it left me feeling awkward for not wanting to pay for a blow dry twice! the stylist still did it anyway and to a high standard.
