Well I booked my appointment for 1:15. I then get a call asking if I can do 12 instead, so I agree. I then get a call to say that the hair dresser had run over time with a walk in client and wasn't able to give me an appointment until 3pm even though I had booked in advance. I could not do 3pm. In my opinion clients that book should be put over walk in clients. It made me very angry because I had planned my day round this. Basically if you book here you won't even be guaranteed to be seen. Not impressed.

Excellent cut from an experienced stylist who is warm and friendly without being intrusive. Great value for money!

Came here to have a normal pedicure and shellac manicure. Service was so slow and it took 1.5 hours to just do the pedicure so I left before having the manicure and she said it would take at least another 45 mins. The collection for the normal polish was also the worst I had ever seen. Wouldn’t recommend
