I’ve been coming to Sophie for years and she regularly cuts and colours my hair. This time weirdly the colour didn’t take properly. I didn’t notice and would have been happy as it was but Sophie, being the consummate professional that she is, was very much ‘nope that’s not good enough, I’m not letting my client leave here without perfect hair’. So despite being busy she did it all again. There really is no side to her, she’s just passionate about her job and client care. 10 out of 10!!
