As always Amy was exceptional. The appointment started on time . I was asked if I needed anything magazines / drinks .She ask what I wanted to have done & then did exactly what I asked for . She checked when washing my hair if the temperature was ok & put the massage chair on (always a treat when I’m there ) . I had a lovely relaxing afternoon.
