I booked (and paid) via Wahanda in the morning for a wax service. I received the confirmation email from Wahanda and turned up for the appointment. The staff at the venue could not find my booking and another member of staff VERY proudly told me that she saw the appointment confirmation from Wahanda but did not confirm it in the salon's diary! She was not keen to help whereas her colleague was but she could not offer a same day appointment and there is no way I would make my way to this salon the following day or any other day!
There was no apology and the red haired woman was of such rudeness. I have booked appointments many times via Wahanda and it has happened in the past that the salon could not take me for various reasons but the salon has always called me at the earliest to let me know and offer alternatives appointments. I don't understand why Images are on Wahanda if they will not honour appointments or offer alternatives days/times if they can't accommodate Wahanda's users.
