I just don’t know where to start first of all Catalina was such extremely rude person, unprofessional, none friendly, moaning about her life & boss. Saying the whole time that she was stressed and excuse me, but that’s none of my business. I just went there for a treatment and I end listening to all that and to face the fact she was so unprofessional and rude to me and now in respect to my appointment; I went for half legs and Hollywood waxing.....She completely burnt me and refused to finish her work, really! I pay my £51 for it and I ended up with just half Treatment done and feeling physically and emotionally abused. I would definitely never ever go back to that place. First and last time, worst experience ever in my entire life.
So please be aware of this horrible place, don’t make a mistake just like I did. It's such a shame maybe if they changed staff but it is a complete fraud as they charge for a treatment that they are not even able to finish.
